LEWISTOWN - Robert T. Fink Sr., 86, of Catherine Street, Lewistown, died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at his home.
Born Dec. 6, 1925, in Granville, he was a son of the late Earl T. and Jessie (Barton) Fink. His wife, Maxine W. (McCardle) Fink, whom he married Sept. 20, 1947, survives.
Also surviving are: a son, Robert T. Fink Jr., of Lewistown; a sister, Faye A. Fink, of Granville; a brother, William R. Fink, of Granville; and two grandsons, Michael A. and Matthew R. Fink.

He was preceded in death by three siblings, Earl B. Fink Sr., Jack M. Fink and Joyce J. Daley.
A World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served as a submarine tender in the the Pacific Theatre.
Early in life he was employed at the American Viscose Corp. and later retired from PennDOT.
He was a member of the Granville United Methodist Church, the Moose Family Center 143, and the City Hook and Ladder Fire Co., as well as a former member of the Eagles Club and Owls Club, both in Lewistown.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Harshbarger Funeral Home, 3 S. Market St., McVeytown, with Pastor Narda Druckenmiller officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Mattawana.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday, at the funeral home.
