HARRISBURG - Connie A. Druckemiller, of Harrisburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, after a brief illness.
Connie was the daughter of the late Clair S. Thomas and Charlotte Henry Thomas.
Connie attended Burnham High School, where she was active in cheerleading.
She was one of eight children. She was married to the late Charles A. Druckenmiller.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Shirley J. Finkenbinder, Margaret Klapperich, Joyce M. Barnes and Samuel Thomas and one daughter, Nancy I. Fryer.
She is survived by her siblings, Larry L. Thomas, of Harrisburg, Mrs. Carl (Sonja) Ritchie, of Shoemakersville, and Sharon I. Thomas, of Belleville, and one daughter, Tammy A. Baldari, of Wormleysburg.
Also surviving are: five grandchildren, Jonathan Baldari, of Portland, Ore., Mary Catherine Baldari, of Wormleysburg, Nathaniel Baldari, of Wormleysburg, Robert Fryer and Billy J. Fryer; one great-grandson, Sebastian, of Wormleysburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Connie was loved by all her family and her friends at Presbyterian Apartments. She will be sadly missed by all.
A celebration of her life will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, at the Wormleysburg Church of God, with Pastor Larry Billet officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
Musselman Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Lemoyne, is handling arrangements.
