LEWISTOWN - The Lewistown Police Department issued a press release Wednesday advising residents to lock their vehicles after four thefts happened from Saturday to Tuesday in Lewistown.
Police said no force was used to enter the vehicles, but a series of thefts occurred on West Fourth Street, Spanogle Avenue and Riverview Avenue. Stolen items include a stereo system, tools, change, ammunition, CDs, a back pack, a GPS unit and jumper cables, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 248-6716.
