McCLURE - Police said a McClure man is dead after a one-vehicle accident Friday in West Beaver Township, Snyder County.
According to Pennsylvania State Police Selinsgrove, at about 2:30 p.m. Jacob Fisher, 39, of 4775 Old Stage Road, was traveling west on Back Mountain Road when he lost control of his vehicle and traveled off an embankment on the south side of the roadway, striking a tree.
Fisher was pronounced dead at the scene by Snyder County Coroner William Pheasant, police said.
The crash remains under investigation.
