The sidewalks of downtown Mifflintown are decorated with painted flower planters for the Juniata Cultural Arts Committee's second annual Mifflintown Planter Palooza benefit event.
The planters will remain on the sidewalks until the Juniata County Fair, where they will be auctioned by silent bid from Aug. 31 to Sept. 8. Proceeds will benefit the Juniata County Food Pantry.
In creating their planters, the artists used the theme "nature."
