To the editor:
God wants none of us to perish, no not one-not straights, gays, the faithful, the cheaters, the stewards nor the thieves. We are all sinners, capable of discernment, but not judgment of any of our fellow sinners' eternal souls.
It is disturbing, though, when our national leaders find it necessary to remove core biblical values from our country. Without a point of reference such as the Word of God, society will be tossed on an ocean of popular whims as changeable as fashion.
Without right and wrong in clear view, elements intent on destroying this nation from within will continue to gain power - as they are doing today.
Let us remember, there is but one sin that will damn our eternal souls - rejection of God.
