Angela Bertugli of Rices Landing, and Gabriel Spece, of Thompsontown, are engaged to be married on Aug. 10, at Saint Hugh Roman Catholic Church in Carmichaels.
She is the daughter of Remo and Emilia Bertugli of Rices Landing. She is a 2001 graduate of Jefferson Morgan High School, a 2005 graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, and a 2011 graduate of Widener University. She is employed as a research associate at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
He is the son of William Spece, of Thompsontown, and Judy Spece-Wright, of Mifflintown. He is a 1999 graduate of Juniata High School and a 2003 graduate of Susquehanna University. He is employed as an executive director at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
