Rachael King, of Avis, and Shane Davis, of McClure, are engaged to be married on May 5.
She is the daughter of Nancy and Bryan King, of Avis. She is a 2007 graduate of Jersey Shore High School and a 2012 graduate of Lock Haven University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in special education, certified to teach grades K through 12. She is employed as a teacher at Your Guardian Angel Preschool in Lock Haven.
He is the son of Marlene and Stephen Davis, of McClure. He is a 2001 graduate of Indian Valley High School and is employed at Thomas Dunlap in Jersey Shore as a parts and service manager.
