Megan Scanlon, of Lewistown, and Philip Egly, of Seattle, were married on Aug. 20, 2011, at the home of the bride's parents in Lewistown.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Candace Scanlon, of Lewistown. The groom is the son of Steven and Mary Egly, of Alameda, Calif.
Bethany Hockenberry, of Lewistown, was matron of honor.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 2006 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Saint Joseph Notre Dame and a 2007 graduate of Seattle University. He is employed as a clinical specialist at InVision Human Services.
