Byron and Zelda (Peachey) Zook, of Mill Creek, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Oct. 14, 1961, at Allensville Mennonite Church.
A party was given at the church by their children, celebrated with family and friends.

They are the parents of five children: Lillian (Darwin) Clark, Arizona; Arlen (Patty) Zook, Allensville; Darwin Zook, Arizona; Rosalie (Brent) Peachey, Reedsville; Lorena (Lynn) Fleming, Allensville.
They have eight grandchildren.
Byron is retired from AgStar Agronomy and drives milk truck for Farmers Milk Co-Op. Zelda is a homemaker.
They are members at Allensville Mennonite Church.
They attribute the success of their marriage to putting God first and love and compassion.
