The bride is the daughter of Betty Lou Burd, of Lewistown. The groom is the son of Edith and Ronald Seby Sr., of Lewistown.
Brooke Madisyn Wagner, of Burnham, daughter of the bride, was the maid of honor.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 1997 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology. She is employed as a long term care and waiver caseworker at the Mifflin County Assistance Office.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Indian Valley High School. He is employed as an electrician at Robert P. Lepley.
Following a wedding trip to the Poconos, they live in Reedsville.
