Minerva Bolger, of Mifflintown, was the matron of honor.
The best man was Melvin Hughes, of Lewistown, brother of the groom.

The bride was presented by Chris Smith, of Brooklyn, N.Y. The Rev. Martha Carlson and the Rev. Robert Davidson performed the ceremony that also included Nancy Brothers, organist.
A reception followed at Lily Manor in Mifflin.
The bride is a 1955 graduate of Lewistown High School and a 1959 graduate of Lycoming College.
The groom is a 1956 graduate of Lewistown High School.
They live in Lewistown.
