Debra Ann Arnold, of McClure, and James Wise, of Mifflintown, are engaged to be married on July 7, 2012, at Camp Mount Luther in Mifflinburg.
She is the daughter of Brett and Beth Walter, of McClure, and Larry Arnold, of Mount Pleasant Mills. She is a 2003 graduate of Milton Hershey School, a 2007 graduate of Lycoming College, and a 2009 graduate of Bloomsburg University.
He is the son of Larry and Diana Wise, of Mifflintown. He is a 2002 graduate of Juniata High School and a 2006 graduate of Penn State University. He is employed as a protroleum engineer for BP, in California.
