Carli VanScyoc, of Burnham, and Bobby Hammond, of Lewistown, are engaged to be married on Aug. 13 at the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center.
She is the daughter of Cathy VanScyoc. She is a 2005 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 2009 graduate of Penn State University. She is employed by the Mifflin County School District.
He is the son of Joan Hammond. He is a 1993 graduate of Lewistown Area High School and a 1999 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania. He is employed as a dispatcher at Landstar.
