Amanda E. Leeper and Dwayne S. Batt, both of Lewistown, were married on May 8, 2010, at Vira Methodist Church.
The bride is the daughter of Anthony G. and Maxine E. Leeper, of McClure. The groom is the son of James D. and Lollie M. Batt, of Mifflintown.
Suzanne Cornelison, of North Versailles, was the maid of honor.

The flower girl was Bailey Retherford, of Hummelstown, cousin of the bride.
The Rev. Steve Swigart performed the ceremony that also included Elaine Moist as organist. The bride was escorted by her father and her Aunt LuAnn L. Leeper.
A reception followed at the Milroy Fire Hall.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Indian Valley High School. She is employed at Conestoga Wood Specialties at Beaver Springs.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Juniata High school. He is employed at Conestoga Wood Specialties at Beaver Springs.
Following a wedding trip to the Poconos, they live in Lewistown.
