Daniel and Marlene (Shirley) Creighton, of Lewistown, recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.
They were married on March 17, 1956, in Irwin.
The special anniversary was celebrated by going out to dinner with their family.
They are the parents of two children, Mary Beth Pietropaolo and her husband, Jim; and Jeff and his wife, Heather. They have five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Daniel is a retired physician and served in the U.S. Navy.
Marlene is a retired secretary.
They are members of Lewistown Presbyterian Church.
