Nicole Sieber, of Mifflintown, and Timothy Luongo, of Chester Heights, are engaged to be married on Sept.3, at Brookmere Winery.
She is the daughter of Curtis Sieber, of McAlisterville, and Denise and Ralph Miller, of Mifflintown. She is a 2007 graduate of East Juniata High School and will graduate in May from Eastern University, with a degree in biochemistry.
He is the son of Stephen and Ellen Luongo, of Chester Heights, and Susan and Thomas Harmon, of Wallingford. He is a 2006 graduate of Garnet Valley High School, and a 2010 graduate of Eastern University. He is completing a research fellowship at the National Institute of Health, Bethesda, Md.
