The bride is the daughter of Michael and Elizabeth Mitchell, of Beavertown. The groom is the son of Garry Wagner, of Hendersonville, N.C., and LaDonne Wagner, of Greer, S.C.
Emily Schwarz, of Rockville, Md., sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.

The Very Rev. John M. Reeves performed the ceremony.
A reception followed at the Elks Club of State College in Boalsburg.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of West Snyder High School and a 2008 graduate of Bloomsburg University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of West Snyder High School and a 2006 graduate of McCann School of Business and Technology, with an associate degree in criminal justice. He is employed as department manager of product services at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, Lewistown.
The couple resides in Beavertown.
