Elya Troup, of Richfield, and Evan Kerstetter, of McAlisterville, are engaged to be married on June 4.
She is the daughter of Robert and Dawn Troup, of Richfield. She is a 2006 graduate of Midd-West High School and a 2010 graduate of Eastern University. She is employed at the Mifflin-Juniata Area Agency on Aging in Lewistown.
He is the son of Bradley and Melissa Kerstetter, of McAlisterville. He is a 2007 graduate of East Juniata High School and will graduate from Eastern University in May.
