Shelly Woodring, of Milroy, and Matthew Stoner, of State College, are engaged to be married on Dec. 23 in State College.
She is the daughter of Gladys Woodring, of Milroy, and James E. Woodring, of Centre Hall. She will be a 2011 graduate of Indian Valley High School.
He is the son of Dawn and Larry Stoner, of State College. He is a 2010 graduate of State College Area High School and serves in the U.S. Army as a military police officer.
