Rufus and Esther Lauver, of McAlisterville, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married on June 25, 1960.
The celebration, given by their children and spouses, took place at the Inn at New Berlin. The entire wedding party was present, having traveled from Pennsylvania, Ohio, Missouri and Arkansas. There also were guests from Virginia.
