Carrie Patton, of Roaring Spring, and Adam Shirk, of Lewistown, were married on May 22, 2010, at the Stone Arch Bridge in Lewistown.
The bride is the daughter of Edgar Franks and the late Carolyne Franks, of Roaring Spring. The groom is the son of Cindy Shirk, of Lewistown, and Ron Shirk, of Lewistown.
Bailey Holsinger, New Enterprise, neice of the bride, was the maid of honor.

The best men were Shawn Ishler, Kyle Kratzer, Adam Johnson, Ben Love and Kevin Hobbs, all of Mifflin County.
Bridesmaids were: Melony Butler, Roaring Spring; Victoria Feathers, Hollidaysburg, sister of the groom; Dana Mcdonald, Martinsburg; and Ashtyn Shirk, of Lewistown, sister of the groom.
The flower girls were Nessa Lust and Nyah Shirk, daughters of the bride and groom.
The usher was Ethan Holsinger, New Enterprise, nephew of the bride.
The ring bearer was Nevan Lust, Lewistown, son of the bride.
The Rev. Jeannine Berube performed the ceremony that also included Chris Good, State College, as guitarist and vocalist.
A reception followed at the Elks Lodge, Lewistown.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Central High School. She is a stay-at-home mother.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Lewistown Area High School and a 2007 graduate of UTI. He is employed as a mechanic at Lake Ford, Lincoln, Mercury.
Following a wedding trip to Las Vegas, they live in Lewistown.
