Friends and family recently gathered to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of J. Ben and Peggy Yoder at the Maple Grove Mennonite Church in Belleville.
They were married April 9, 1960, at Masontown Mennonite Church in Masontown.
They are the parents of four children: Dale Yoder and wife, Debbie, of Belleville; Preston Yoder and wife, Jennifer, of Belleville; Scott Yoder, of Belleville; and Curt Yoder and wife, Penny, of McVeytown.

They have seven grandchildren, Daniel Yoder, Dustin Yoder, Denise Yoder, Clint Yoder, Sean Yoder, Brent Yoder and Trisha Yoder.
