Abby Beth Yorks, of Mifflintown, and Scott Andrew Fohringer, of Mifflinburg, were married on Oct. 3, 2009, at Pine Grove United Methodist Church.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Sheila Yorks, of Mifflintown. The groom is the son of Joan Fohringer, of Mifflinburg, and the late Larry Fohringer.
Laura Phillips, of Warren, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.

The best man was Mike Fohringer, brother of the groom.
Bridesmaids were Margaret Shafferman and Amanda Gesselman, both of Port Royal, and Stacey Long, of Philadelphia.
Groomsmen were Elias Maurer, of Liverpool, and Dan Sanders and Ben Benfer, both of Mifflinburg.
Ushers were Mikey Phillips, of Warren, brother-in-law of the bride, and Caleb Clark, of West Milton.
Flower girl was Madison Fohringer, daughter of Mike and Julie Fohringer of Mifflinburg, and niece of the groom.
Ring bearer was Conner Fohringer, son of Mike and Julie Fohringer and nephew of the groom.
Pastor Vaughn Glover Jr. performed the ceremony that also included: Kelly Weller, of Mifflinburg, sister of the groom, and Julie Fohringer, of Mifflinburg, sister-in-law of the groom, as guestbook attendants; Marlene Glass, as pianist; Brenda Clark, who recited special reading; Jason Stouffer as candlelighter; and Daniel Stouffer, who rang the church bells following the service; and Beth Noss, as greeter at the reception hall.
A reception followed at the New Berlin Community Center, where the couple was flown by helicopter.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Juniata High School and attended Harrisburg Area Community College. She is employed by Juniata County.
The groom is a 1996 graduate of Mifflinburg High School and a 1998 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is employed as a landscape designer by Creative Plantscapes, of Lewisburg.
After a wedding trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, they live in Mifflinburg.
