The bride is the daughter of Theodore and Evelyn Sowers, of Reedsville. The groom is the son of Charles and Kathy Fisher, of Belleville.
The bride is a 1991 graduate of Indian Valley High School and a 1993 graduate of South Hills School of Business and Technology.
