Lloyd "Sach" and Barbara Mowery, of McVeytown, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversay on July 10, 2009.
They are the parents of Michael A. Mowery and wife, Kathy, of Reedsville; Robert L. Mowery and wife, Patty, of Belleville; Timothy S. Mowery and wife, Tammy, of Reedsville. They have three grandchildren: Justin, Jessica and Lauren.
Sach is retired from Standard Steel.

They owned and operated Keystone Mustang in Belleville.
They also were involved with Babe Ruth baseball for many years.
Currently they help Don Chesney Auctioneering. They enjoy golfing and spending time with their family and friends.
They are members of the McVeytown United Methodist Church.
