Jill E. Foltz received a doctorate degree in audiology from Bloomsburg University at graduate commencement ceremonies on May 9, 2008. She is a 2004 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in audiology and speech pathology, and a 1999 graduate of Juniata High School. Foltz is employed by Pittsburgh Ear Associates in Pittsburgh. She is the daughter of Phil and Angie Foltz, of Port Royal.
