| | Who cares?March 5, 2012 - Brad Siddons “Hey, I could care less if anyone reads this blog.” Think about that sentence for a moment. I could care less? Yes, I suppose I could care LESS, a lot less. The truth is that I care a great deal whether anyone reads this blog. I have an ego just like anyone else, after all. When people say “I could care less ...” I think they mean that they don't care whether or not something happens. But they are REALLY saying that they DO care, and that they could care, well, less. Now, how about this one: “I couldn't care less if anyone reads this blog.” That means something altogether different, doesn't it now? That sentence, as far as I'm concerned, means that I care as little as I possibly can about the readership of this blog. No one could convince me to care less. No way. I'm at the bottom of the care ladder, and do not intend to climb one measly rung. Nope, I won't dance, don't ask me. That's all I have to say about that. Please read this blog.
