Thanks to those who supported golf tourney

To the editor:

The Second Annual “Drive For The Cure” Golf Tournament in memory of Doug King was held on July 19, 2014 at Lewistown Country Club.

Our family is extremely grateful to the 23 teams who participated. We couldn’t have done this without you. We would like to thank Ryan and his staff at Lewistown Country Club and to the following sponsors:

A.J. Yoder and family; Brown Funeral Home; Krissy Wilson and Jason Perry; Benefit Management Group; The Trolley Car; I.P. Enterprises of Pittsburgh; Hess Tire and Auto; Kish Bank; PRN Medical Staffing; Pediatric Dental Care; Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home; Vince’s Pizza and Family Restaurant; MCS Bank; Lake Ford-Lincoln; Joe’s OIP; Lewistown Paper Company; The Aumillers; Leanne Bell; Dave Eichenlaub and family; King Physical Therapy and Fitness; 717 Club; and Joshua and Anna Fank.

We would also like to thank Deihl’s Flowers for providing the beautiful centerpieces; Lingle’s Distributing for providing banners and Vibe Hair Salon for gift certificates.

Because of all of you, we contributed a total of $5,028.69 to Lewistown Home Health, Hospice-The Bridge.

Our family appreciated Hospice-The Bridge for their excellent care and compassion during our difficult days. Nobody understands how much Hospice helps until you need their services.

Again, thank you to all that made our tournament a success.

The King Family
