4 Seasons says thanks to fundraiser supporters

To the editor:

The 4 Seasons Senior Center wishes to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to the following merchants and community members who helped make our May 22 Bingo fundraiser a success:

Benner’s Butcher Shop, Bread of Life Restaurant, Schlegel’s Grocery & Hardware, Thompsontown Corner Deli, Regester Chevrolet, Mexico Market, Sal’s OIP, Burger King, Pizza Town, Rena’s Avon, Treaster’s Flowers, The Times Newspaper, MacBarneys, 333 Supply, Jack’s Drive-In, 1st National Bank of Mifflintown, Katrina’s Little Cafe, Juniata Junction, Kwik Pic in Port Royal and Locust Grove Retirement Village.

With their generous contributions, funds were raised to assist paying the rent for the senior center. We would also like to recognize the senior members who donated time, money, food, supplies and effort to making the Bingo a success. We thank the Hockenberrys for donating their equipment and time as well as calling the Bingo games for the event. And, finally we thank those who came out to play Bingo with us. Thank you everyone for your generosity. It is greatly appreciated.
