Community supported by service club activities

To the editor:

The Women’s Service Club of Juniata Valley sponsored a Bingo event at the Burnham Lions on March 30. Due to the support from local businesses and individuals, it was a great success. The club’s mission is to provide support to area women and children through many local agencies. Proceeds from this fundraiser are distributed back to our community through many organizations.
