Milroy Lions seek help for injured young man

To the editor:

The Milroy Lions Club wishes to announce the March spaghetti supper. It will be held 4-7 p.m. March 20, at the White Memorial Church Main Street, Milroy.

The menu will be the same spaghetti, meatballs, bread, salad, dessert and drink.

Charge is by donation only.

The net proceeds from this supper will be given to the Steven Hostetler hospital fund.

Steven is the teenage son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel D. Hostetler, Belleville.

While Steven and a friend were visiting Gator Boys Camp in Florida he severely injured his right hand in a table saw accident. He can now make a painful fist and is optimistic that he will have functional use of his hand.

Steven is a bright young man who attends parochial school and he also works on a dairy farm.

Because of this accident this family is faced with large hospital bills. Our club asks the general public to support our effort to help this deserving family.

Remember we charge by donation only so everyone can afford to join us.

Thanks to everyone for their past support.

President of Milroy Lions Club
