Church alternative fair officials say thank you

To the editor:

The Alternative Gift Fair Committee of the East Kish Presbyterian Church in Reedsville would like to thank all those who made the 2013 Alternative Gift Fair a success. The weather did not co-operate that day, but most of the non-profit organizations still brought their displays and stayed until the snow caused the AGF to close early. We thank them for their participation and for the work they do in our community throughout the year.

Special thanks to those donors who braved the snow to come to the AGF and donate to the 16 organizations represented. You are a blessing!

We thank The Sentinel and WMRF for their assistance in advertising the AGF. We especially appreciate the help in getting the word out that donations could be mailed to the AGF.

And thanks to all the donors who took the time to mail us donations after the AGF. All donations are sincerely appreciated. In total, more than $8,300 was raised this year for 16 non-profit organizations. We feel truly blessed by the support this event has received.
