Civil War Field Hospital crew says thank-you

To the editor:

The 148th Regiment Field Hospital/Venture Crew would like to thank the following businesses and friends for their donations and support of our open house/silent auction that took place on Oct. 27 at the Burnham Lions Club: West Side Gallery, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burnham OIP, Burger King, Red’s Diner, Domino’s Pizza, Home Sweet Home, Zion Hair Salon, J.P. Edward’s, Perfect Reflections, Purdy Purses, Rebecca Greer and Susan Smith.

The proceeds from the silent auction will go toward the costs of Sparks In The Park, the Civil War Re-enactment hosted by the 148th Field Hospital at Kish Park to be held May 2-4, 2014.

A special thank you to the Burnham Lions Club for the use of their facility and sponsorship of the 148th Venture Crew.
