Roxanne M. Paden
BELLEVILLE – Roxanne M. Paden, 52, of 40 State St., Belleville, died at 4:43 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at Valley View Haven.
She was born June 7, 1961, in Lewistown, a daughter of Thomas G. and Freida M. (Byler) Paden, who survive at 40 State St., Belleville.
Surviving are: sisters, Bonnie K. Peachey and husband, Donald, of Belleville, and Tina L. Paden, of Belleville; niece, Heather Yoder and husband, Clinton, and their son Marcus, of Bellville; and nephew, Brandon Peachey, of Camp Hill.
Roxanne was a 1979 graduate of Kish High School. She then became employed at Valley View Haven in 1980, in the nutritional services department where she worked up until February of this year.
She was a member of Maple Grove Mennonite Church as well as the Cornerstone Sunday school class. She had also formerly taught Sunday school and Bible school.
Roxanne enjoyed collecting Boyd’s Bears, playing games with family and friends and going shopping.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2014, at Maple Grove Mennonite Church, with Pastors Alan Kauffman, Herb Zook and Gerald Peachey officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family at Allensville Mennonite Cemetery.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the church.
