McKena Jade Renninger
MCVEYTOWN – McKena Jade Renninger, precious infant daughter of Noah L. Renninger and Jessica D. Miller, went home to be with Jesus on Dec. 13, 2013.
Though she was just born Sept. 25, 2013, our hearts are eternally bonded to hers, and we as a family believe we will be united with her in heaven one day. Little “Kenny,” as her dad lovingly called her, touched so many with her gentle nature and her easy smiles. Though we will never be the same for having been touched by her, she will live on in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
Grieving McKena’s absence here on earth, along with her parents, are: a sister, Kaylynn D. Wharton, of Mount Union; paternal grandparents, Rusty and Deb Renninger, of McVeytown, and Noah’s siblings and families, Uncle Travis, Aunt Mandy, Todd and Sydney Renninger, Uncle Corey, Aunt Tonya, Wyatt, Kayla, Julie and Lori Renninger, Uncle Luke and Aunt Maddie Renninger, Aunt Jessica and Uncle Sheldon, Delwyn, Clayton, Nicholas, Alyssa, Benjamin, Lilah and Justin Yoder, Aunt Amanda and Uncle Ryan, Damien and Landon Yoder, Uncle Dusty and Lillian Renninger, Uncle Jacob Renninger and girlfriend, Kristen Wilcher; her maternal grandparents, Lewis and Kimberly Tress, of Mount Union; Jessica’s brothers, Uncle Derek Tress and Uncle Andrew Tress; and maternal great-grandparents, Barry and Edna McClain and Lewis and Gloria Tress, all of Mount Union.
Linzee Ruby is little Kenny’s special friend, as she was an important part of her daily life.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, at the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren, 67 Pine Glen Road, Lewistown, with Pastor Donald E. Peters Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Mattawana.
Friends may call from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Harshbarger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 385, McVeytown, PA 17051.
