Olive M. Case

LEWISTOWN – Olive M. Case, 91, of Lewistown, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, at her home.

Born on Feb. 24, 1922, in Union County, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Elizabeth (Keister) Wenrick.

In addition to her parents, Olive was preceded in death by: her husband, Melvin D. Case, on June 12, 1984; her son, Robert “Bob” Case, on July 19, 2008; two brothers; and three sisters.

She is survived by: her children, Delaver R. Case and wife, Virginia, of New Jersey, Betty L. McMahon and husband, Richard, of McClure, Timothy J. Case and wife, Corinne, of Massachusetts; a daughter-in- law, Gayle Case, of Lewistown; five half sisters; two half brothers; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchil- dren; and five great-great- grandchildren.

She worked at Long’s Dairy in Lewistown for 15 years and then at Chestnut Street Superette for five years.

Olive attended Ellen Chapel Church.

She loved quilting, gardening, canning, and watching the birds and squirrels in her yard.

A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
