Linda L. Morrison
GRANVILLE – Linda L. (Kauffman Brought) Morrison, 66, of Granville, went to heaven on Nov. 21, 2013. She was the wife of late Jack Morrison.
Linda was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Mom-Mom who will be greatly missed by her loved ones. She enjoyed gardening, hummingbirds, feeding her family, and caring for Dink and Bo Bo, her Labs.
Linda worked at Lewistown Specialty Yarns and later opened Linda Morrison’s Bait and Tackle in Granville, where she and her husband, Jack, made many friends.
Linda was born July 16, 1947, daughter of the late Rhoda Ramsey and Rudy Kauffman. She will live on in the stories of her three children Jennette Brought (spouse Pollard Melius), Melissa Wakefield (husband Greg), and Craig Brought (wife Melinda); her grandchildren Nathan Shawver (wife Gina), Paul Melius, Trevor, Dane and Kylie Wakefield, Sabrina, Alexandra, Declan and Louden Brought; her great grandchildren (her “babies” as she called them) Paxton and Vayla Shawver; and her sister, Bonnie Pechart (and family).
A memorial service will be held at Pine Glen Church of the Brethren at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 61 Pine Glen Road, Lewistown.
