Michael L. ‘Chunk’ Ross
McCLURE – Michael L. “Chunk” Ross, 37, of Ertley Road, passed away at 8:52 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013, at Hershey Medical Center.
Born on Oct. 16, 1975, in Lewistown, he was a son of Melody (Druckemiller) Dull and her husband, Geary, of Lewistown, and Mike Ross Sr. and his wife, Deb, of Mifflintown. On Oct. 28, 2006, he married Tiffani D. (Kline) Ross, who survives.
Michael attended West Snyder High School.
He had previously been employed at Wilbert Burial Vault Company, in Selinsgrove.
Michael attended St. John’s Ridge Lutheran Church, in McClure.
In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching NASCAR and was an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports teams, following the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins games.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by: his two sons, Braeden and Parker Ross; his grandfather, Richard Druckemiller; one brother, David Ross and wife, Sarah, of Millmont; his half brother, Anthony Ross and fiancee, Alesha; one stepsister, Mandy Peterson; one sister-in-law, Skylar and Art Ocain and their daughter, Maven; his nephews, Damon, Rylan, Dylan, Chase and Jayson Ross; and his mother- and father-in-law, Edward and Susan Kline.
A celebration of life will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2013, at West End Sportsman’s Club, Ridge Road, McClure.
