Benjamin Franklin Eby

COLORA, Md. – Benjamin Franklin Eby, 82, of Colora, Md., died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, Md.

Born Aug. 22, 1930, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Harvey C. Sr. and Marie L. (Guerrini) Eby.

Mr. Eby was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Korean conflict and was a senior buyer for Amoco Chemicals, Houston.

Mr. Eby is survived by: his wife, Phyllis R. (Carter) Eby, of Colora, Md.; daughters, Linda K. Hudson, Susan L. Dingle, Nancy J. Cincero, Jan L. Paul and Mary R. Lougheed; brother, Harvey C. Eby Jr.; sister, Rose Marie Baumgardner; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Eby was preceded in death by his twin grandchildren.
