Ministry offers support group

BELLEVILLE — A support group for individuals living with a mental health diagnosis and their families has been organized in Belleville this summer.

The 16-week lesson curriculum includes topics such as identity, stress management, healthy relationships, renewing your mind, rest, relaxation and joy.

There are two adult groups and a group for children. The group seeks to provide peer accountability and coping strategies and techniques for those impacted by mental health concerns.
