Man pleads guilty to 4 counts, DUI

LEWISTOWN — Kaleb Eaton, 25, of Yeagertown, pleaded guilty Tuesday to four felony counts criminal trespass and one misdemeanor count receiving stolen property.

In August, Eaton reportedly admitted to police that he burglarized cabins in West Licking Creek, the Spruce Run Hunting Club Camp and the Hemlock Springs camp sometime between May 11 and May 26, 2017, with Kelly Decker, 31, of Lewistown, according to court documents. Documents indicate that Eaton reportedly accompanied police to the vicinity of the incidents to point out several of the camps which he remembered burglarizing. Police reported observing severe damage to three of the cabin doors and one cabin sustained damage to the front window pane. A small amount of kindling wood and a homemade camp sign were also reported missing from one of the cabins, according to court documents.

Eaton also pleaded guilty to one count Driving Under the Influence from an unrelated case. Judge Aaron Gingrich ordered a pre-sentence investigation and scheduled Eaton for sentencing on Nov. 9.
