¯Disorderly conduct — Lewistown police investigated an incident of disorderly conduct that occurred at approximately 7:41 p.m. on July 30 on South Pine Road in Lewistown.

According to the report, officers arrived at a residence on South Pine Road and observed Corey Chestnut, 34, and Tabitha Fraley, 25, screaming at each other. Both parties reported that the argument began on Facebook because a toy belonging to Fraley’s child was reportedly broken by one of Chestnut’s children. Both parties were cited for disorderly conduct following the incident.

¯Criminal mischief — Lewistown police investigated an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at approximately 2:20 a.m. on July 31 on S. Grand St. in Lewistown.

According to the report, Rayleigh Hagans, 19, reported that her vehicle had been keyed by an unknown actor. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the Lewistown Police Department.

¯Harassment — Two people were cited for harassment following an incident that occurred on July 31 on Pannebaker Ave. in Lewistown.

According to the report, officers were dispatched for a report of a domestic disturbance involving Tricia Bratton, 24, of Lewistown, and Kyle Gisewhite, 25, of Lewistown. Bratton and Gisewhite are reportedly a former couple and they were arguing over having their child around Bratton’s new boyfriend. Allegations were also made that Bratton and Gisewhite shoved each other during the argument. Both were cited for harassment following the incident.

¯Bad checks — According to a report, Abrian Gonzalez, of Lewisberry, was accused of writing a back check to Olde Town Flowers on May 16 in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County.

¯DUI — According to a report, Jason Eugene Bargo, 35, of Mifflin, was arrested for DUI after displaying signs of intoxication during a traffic stop on July 9 on state Route 35 South in Milford Township, Juniata County.

¯Crash — PSP Lewistown responded to a single vehicle crash that occurred on July 29 on Zeiders Road in Monroe Township, Juniata County.

According to the report, a 17-year-old driver, of Millerstown, was operating a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 when he left the roadway for unknown reasons and struck a tree and utility pole. The vehicle then overturned before coming to final rest. The driver was not reported wearing his seat belt and sustained moderate injuries. The driver was extricated from the vehicle by fire crews on scene before being transported for treatment. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

¯Crash — No injuries were reported in a two vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1 p.m. on July 30 on William Penn Highway in Walker Township, Juniata County.

According to the report, Joanne E. Davis, 77, of Thompsontown, was operating a 1995 Chevrolet Astro when she approached an SUV and a tractor turning left onto Landis Road. Davis reportedly tried to pass the vehicle in front of her and struck the tractor, which was operated by Colton G. Shertzer, 24, of Mifflintown. Davis was charged following the crash.
