Jury selected for Bradley Kemp case

MIFFLINTOWN–A 12-member jury was selected in Juniata County on Monday for the Commonwealth versus Bradley Kemp trial, according to Juniata County District Attorney Cory Snook. The trial over which the jury is scheduled to serve is expected to last one day.

Kemp, 46, of McAlisterville, was charged in May with two counts indecent assault with a person under 13-years-old and two counts corruption of minors. According to court documents, the accuser told police that, on two occasions in 2015, Kemp had removed his clothes, had partially removed the accuser’s clothes and was touching the accuser’s genitals while touching his own. The accuser was reportedly 12-years-old at the time of the incidents and was an overnight guest staying at Kemp’s residence.
