¯Possession charges–One woman was charged with multiple possession charges following an incident that occurred at approximately 8:39 p.m. on May 16 on South Grand St. in Lewistown.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to the intersection of South Grand St. and Susquehanna Ave. for a report of a female laying on the sidewalk. Officers made contact with the woman, who was identified as Morgan Schenker. During investigation, officers doung that Schenker was under the influence of an unknown controlled substance and she was placed under arrest for public drunkenness.
During the arrest, Schenker was also found to be in possession of an automatic knife, multiple empty heroin packets, drug paraphernalia, prescription pills that she was not licensed to possess and a small amount of marijuana.
¯Disorderly conduct–Two people were cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred on May 19 on West Fifth St. in Lewistown.
According to the report, Rose Marie Jasper and Jeffrey Allen Michael, both of Lewistown, were reportedly yelling at each other and creating an unreasonable level of noise, disturbing residents in the area. Both individuals were cited for the incident.
¯Harassment–One woman was charged with harassment following an incident that occurred at approximately 7:26 p.m. on May 21 on Shaw Ave.
According to the report, officers were dispatched for a report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival at the scene, officers determined that Rachel Foster, 27, had punched another individual in the face after the other person gave Foster the middle finger. Charges for the incident were later filed.
¯Disturbance/harassment–One man was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at approximately 1:28 a.m. on May 22 on Chestnut St. in Lewistown.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to an apartment on Chestnut St. for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival at the scene, officers made contact with a victim who reported that she got into an argument with Michael Atherton, 25, over a phone charger. During investigation, officers found that Atherton had punched the victim in the face twice during the argument.
Atherton was later issued a summary citation for harassment following the incident.
¯Drug paraphernalia–One man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident that occurred on May 24 on Valley St. in Lewistown.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to an apartment on Valley St. for a report of a possible domestic disturbance. Upon arrival at the scene, officers made contact with Joshua Druckemiller, 25, of Lewistown, and gained entry to his apartment. Inside the residence, officers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. Druckemiller was later charged for the incident.

¯Harassment–Two people were charged with harassment following an incident that occurred at approximately 2:59 p.m. on May 24 on Howard Ave. in Lewistown.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to Laurel Lane, Derry Township, to speak with Blake Specht, 23, in regards to a physical domestic disturbance that occurred on Howard Ave. Specht reportedly told police that during an argument with his girlfriend, Kayla Bratton, 23, she repeatedly hit him. Officers observed scratches on Specht and then went and spoke with Bratton on Howard Ave. Bratton alleged that during the argument, Specht threw a clothes drying rack at her, which struck her hand, and he later broke the rack. Both Bratton and Specht were cited for harassment following investigation.

¯Theft–PSP Lewistown responded to an incident of theft that occurred sometime between Oct. 3. 2017 amd May 22, 2018 on Dimmsville Road in Greenwood Township, Juniata County.
According to the report, Francis Donovan, 52, of Millerstown, reported that an unknown actor removed two tools from an unlocked shed.
¯Criminal mischief–PSP Lewistown investigated an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between May 13 and May 20 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Thompsontown, Juniata County.
According to the report, an unknown actor damaged a tree located on the church’s property.
¯Criminal mischief–PSP Lewistown investigated an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between May 14 and May 15 in Bratton Township, Mifflin County.
According to the report, an unknown actor damaged the passenger’s side window of a 2003 Ford F-150. The actor then fled the scene by an unknown means in an unknown direction. The owner of the vehicle estimated the damage of the window to cost approximately $300. Investigation into the incident is ongoing.
¯Harassment–Two individuals were cited for harassment following an incident that occurred on May 18 in Juniata Terrace, Mifflin County.
According to the report, a 20-year-old female and 26-year-old male, both of Lewistown engaged in altercation and received citations for the incident.
¯Crash–PSP Lewistown responded to a one vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 10:44 a.m. on May 22 on Locust Run Road in Walker Township, Juniata County.
Frances Madeson, 61, of Pittsburgh, was traveling west on State Road 22 in a 2006 Honda Fit during steady rainfall when she lost control and slid off the north side of the roadway and struck a guiderail. The vehicle then crossed both westbound lanes, striking the bridge wall before continuing off the roadway and striking a tree.
Madeson was reported wearing her seat belt and was uninjured in the crash.
