MOUNT UNION–Mark Christopher Stapleton, 47, of Mount Union, was charged Tuesday with burglary, criminal trespass and harassment.

According to court documents, Stapleton unlawfully entered the home of a Mount Union resident while intoxicated and threatened the resident with bodily harm. The victim reported to police that Stapleton damaged a screen door, disturbed items in the residence, and left his cell phone, some cigarettes, a tank top and a half-filled bottle of brandy on the living room coffee table.
