The workshop invited partner agencies from the food bank’s 27 county territory to meet and discuss the challenges and successes each agency has and to learn from each other. Erick Orndorff, director of agency and program services for the food bank, said, “Our bold goal is to make sure everyone is equipped to meet the needs of community.” As well as, provide access to enough nutritious food for everyone struggling with hunger in each of the 27 counties it serves.
