Sacred Heart school to host open house

LEWISTOWN –Sacred Heart School will hold its annual Catholic Schools Week open house 6 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 25 for families looking to enroll for the 2018-19 school year.

Families across Mifflin an Juniata counties will have the opportunity to find out how they can afford a private education.

Sacred Heart offers a Christ-centered, affordable quality education in a safe, nurturing environment. Free bussing from Mifflin and Juniata Counties, as well as a hot lunch program and affordable after school care program. Financial aid and scholarships are available.

Students will have projects on display, faculty, staff, and current families will be available to answer questions.

The school is also offering a tuition transfer grant to any child wishing to enroll for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 school year. Any public, private, charter or homeschool student who transfers to Sacred Heart School is eligible to receive a Tuition Transfer Grant. Each student will receive $1,500 in grants over the course of two years. Restrictions apply and no financial aid forms are required.
