Kish Bank acquires Benefit Management practice

LEWISTOWN –William P. Hayes, chairman, president and CEO of Kish Bank, announced that the bank’s acquisition of the employee benefit practice of Benefit Management Group Inc. has been completed. The bank and Jeffrey A. Gum, principal of BMG, announced the signing of the definitive agreement in late August of this year.

Operating as a separate division of Kish Bank, the BMG practice closely aligns with the business services offered through Kish’s business banking and commercial lending teams and through its property and casualty insurance and wealth management divisions. BMG will continue to serve its clients from its current office located at 10 N. Dorcas St. in Lewistown. Gum will join Kish Bank as vice president and managing director of Kish’s benefit management practice.
