Tom Walker, of McClure, recently won the two-year-old gelding futurity class and the Grand Champion Gelding award with Secret Agent, his 2-year-old Quarter Horse gelding, at the national Breeders Halter Futurity in Des Moines, Iowa, Aug. 9-11. This futurity is the largest in the nation with horses from the American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horse Association and Appaloosa Horse Association competing together. Along with his win in Iowa, Tom and Secret Agent won Reserve Grand Champion 2-year-old gelding at the All American Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio in October.
